- Manages and leads a team of technical support for enterprise technical support.

- Understand product flow and features inside and out.
- Conduct product and features training to customers.
- Communicate customer experience and feedback to product and business development team.
- Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields
- Experience in handle corporate client Work experience in support functions
- Solid and excellent understanding of networking systems
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
